Who We Are

Core Epoch ("we", "us") builds edge AI software. This policy covers data collected through coreepoch.dev and cryphex.dev.

What We Collect

We collect only what you explicitly submit through our waitlist form:

• Name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Product interest (Cryphex or Urim Lens)
• Intended use case description

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party data collection tools on our sites.

Why We Collect It

Solely to evaluate waitlist applications and contact you about product availability. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or share your information with anyone.

Where It's Stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Submission notifications are routed to private, internal communication channels for operational purposes only. No data is shared with external parties or stored on personal devices.

How Long We Keep It

Until the relevant product launches or you request deletion — whichever comes first. We do not retain data beyond its stated purpose.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you can:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent by requesting removal from the waitlist

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes data under their own privacy policy as a data processor.

Changes

If we update this policy, the revision date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
